Sand, Sun and Fun

We just got back from our first "real" beach trip since Kylie was born. We had a FANTASTIC time with our friends and family! Kylie went on her first boat ride, which she must have loved because she fell asleep on the way out to the sand bar and on the way back to the house. (Pictures soon to come)
She seemed amazed by the ocean at first, but once the chilly morning water hit her toes, it was over. She wasn't too sure of daddy's "catch of the day" either. Slimy looking things aren't they, but yum, yum!

That's My King!

After a fun-filled day of celebrating our independence this 4th of July, I sat down to read my Sunday school lesson. In it, was an article entitled "That's My King". S.M. Lockridge was a pastor for 50 years and was known all over the world for his preaching. Though God can't be described with mere words, Dr. Lockridge came close when he preached the message "That's My King". You can listen to his message at the following address:
